Sri Aman Apartment Review

Sri Aman Apartment located in Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

I lived in this apartment for half year. So whoever searching for this apartment review, there might be no review for this apartment because everyone who lives here seems don't know how to blog. Hahaha.

I had lived here for half year. My comment for this place is....

1. The people live here is friendly, no matter what race they are.
2. The rental fee here is very cheap.
3. The convenience shop here sells thing at very low price compared to supermarket.
4. This place is very near to LRT station
5. Many small stalls here sell nasi lemak, kuih and roti canai for your breakfast. Sometimes have burger, mi goreng or kueh tiao goreng for dinner too.
6. Sometimes the committee member of the apartment organize big dinner for everyone living there. Sometimes when someone get married, they invite everyone over for dinner too.

Look like a good place to live right? All of that is the good comment from me. Wanna hear the bad one? Alright!

1. The LRT is too damn near, whenever there are LRT passing by, the noise will be very very loud that your friend in your phone can hear the noise. The LRT will do maintenance sometimes at midnight 2am when you can sleep at your content but you CANT! WHY? Because the noise of maintenance is even louder than the noise or LRT passing by. GOSH!!!
2. There are 3 lift in this apartment. 1 had been broken for more than 1 year. 2 more was usable when i move in. But one of them got broken too already. Now only 1 lift is usable but sometimes, the lift will be unable to operate due to what reason, i also DON'T know. The first day when i move in, there is a big dinner. They invited the politician, don't know from what party(It happen to be at mid year 2011), and the politician boasted that they will make the third lift be able to move by the end of that year. So now? Year 2012 but not only third lift cannot move, even the second lift got broken.
3. Now, about car park. Apartment normally is like this. You can park you car anyway as long as you leave a space for car to go through. And don't be happy if you able to find a good parking slot because if you happen to park too deep inside and there are a lot of car parked behind your car, blocked the path of your car to move, then you can have free exercise to do. You can use your hand to push the car away because they will put it on NEUTRAL gear. It happen to be that my friend who live here often push 4-5 cars early in the morning as morning exercise. So pity....
4. The environment here is not very clean. Often you can see rats and cockroach everywhere.
5. If you are scared with Malay and Indian, this place is not for you. More than 80% of people here is Malay and Indian.
