Lunch at Wong Kok SS2

My colleagues and I had been eating economic rice for about 3 weeks, its about time we have something special. So I suggested we have something better than economic rice but not too expensive. My team lead suggested Wong Kok. Hm, good suggestion because it had been about few months since i last having Wong Kok food. 

We ordered quite a lot of food. 3 lunch sets with....

Fruits. Only 3 small pieces of watermelon and honey dew.

One drinks

My colleagues ordered spaghetti. Both of them having spaghetti.

With Borsch soup as well.

As for my main dish, its lemon chicken chop rice. Not bad right but...

Actually the chicken chop is quite thin.

My colleague ordered another vege rice because he feel not full enough.

We also ordered another side dish which is bread with bacon and egg with portuguese sauce.

Actually there is another waffle. 

Total cost is around RM75. For 3 people, its quite a lot.

Actually all of the food taste alright. And for my blog reader, there is a cute girl working in Wong Kok SS2 now. When i told my colleagues about it, they said she just looked normal, then i guess its just that the girl is my type. Haha.

Real life work.

Had been quite busy lately with the work in office. And i hope my boss or anyone in my office will not read my blog. Haha.

My colleague who is known as creative programmer, is thinking of leaving us right after the contract finished. I am thinking who will be the one working with us again soon. We need someone who can design and at the same time use the framework in our office. I bet a lot of my blog reader don't understand what is framework. Well, it is something we used to develop our company website. 

Sometimes, a company does not define your job scope properly, just because they hire you so that you can do many types of work at the same time. My job scope doesn't really being defined properly. Like we are not told to make decision on something. But when it come to real work, we need to do so too. Normally the decision maker is the one who take all the responsibility when something goes wrong but when everything is smooth, he/she will not get the credit as much as the blame....its real world. 

When something goes wrong, the company must also find someone to blame. It is not because they really wanna blame you, its because they need to find a people responsible to fix it. When it goes wrong, and if the problem is serious and urgent, the person who is responsible for it even need to do OT, stop all the plan or activity planned ahead to fix the problem. 

So it's true that the higher your position, the more responsibility you have. However, it doesn't mean that the higher your position, the higher your salary is. Some lower position people even have higher pay than higher position people. It all depends on the company. So, should we aim for higher pay or higher position? It all depends on what are you working for? Some people work for passion and some people work for money. If you are working for passion, you don't mind about the pay but if you work for money, you will only be motivated by higher pay. 

If there is any friend who came from my same hometown, if you are not really a person who can take up the challenges in work like i mentioned, its better you go back to my hometown to work. Without a positive attitude or positive thinking, you will really get emotional most of the time. 

Luckily i have quite a lot of positive friends around. So i can really work longer in PJ. Maybe i will even be a PJ person, migrating from Sibu. I am not sure yet. Everything depends on the situation in this coming one or two years. Hope everything can change to be better. I need to change too. 

Facebook new profile layout - "about" sections.

Just sharing my thought. Any comment and feedback is highly appreciated.

Facebook new profile layout is more user friendly. The "About" section highlighted in the picture is on the left top. It will show anything about you that you have filled in previously. 

If you click the highlighted area, you will be lead to info page. It will shows several sections like 

1. Work and education - Showed where you had studied and where you had worked. A lot of people who use facebook put their position as "Manager" who work at " company". Example "Manager at CZ Company". And mostly people who did this does not work or have a very stable passive income. Or their parents are rich. Hahaha. Anyway, in this section, you can tag people who worked or studied together with you.

2. Family - All your family member that has facebook account can be registered here. You can add them and other people who view your profile can see your family members. I know some people in facebook have more than 50 family members. With all their best friends as sisters or brothers. Some even fake father or mothers. This defeat the purpose of having this section. I don't even know who is the real family members of that person.

3. About you - Some description that you can fill in to let other people know about you. Well, this section can be quite creative. As for myself, you can see i only put Call me CZ. Hahaha. Some fun people put other language in this section. So when i copy and paste to google translate, it comes up with their introduction. Not a bad idea.

4. Favorite quotations - Quotation that you always used when you are talking. I didn't put anything in this section. I don't even know my own favourite quotation. You can choose not to show this in your facebook profile either. I had seen some friends of mine don't have this section.

5. Living - Where you live will be stated here. Your current location and your hometown. Provided you had fill in this details before. However, its better not to put your full address because it might be dangerous if someone you don't know approach you in real life because your address is known to them. Just extra precaution.

6. Basic Information - All about yourself like your gender, birthday, relationship status, languages etc. Now you can see my basic information. I really don't mind let people know about my basic information. It does not harm me anyway.

7. Contact information - How other people can contact you, like your phone number, website, email, etc etc. Its not like people will misuse my phone number. I just put it straight in facebook since my all my facebook friends is who i really know.

8. History by year - Here you can see a lot about your own history. Started work, started to study, get into relationship, etc etc. Whatever happened in your life, a big one, you can put it into here. Normally is work, study or relationship. When you put your work in "work and education" section, it will added automatically to History by year. If you change your relationship status in facebook, it will also be recorded down in this section.

Feeling of being appreciated.

You will feel so good when you are being appreciated. No one will reject this kind of feeling. Its because when you are being appreciated, you are being recognized. You will feel that only you can give him/her/them this kind of feelings.

Even if you are being appreciated by a person that you don't like, you will still feel good. I didn't hate anyone but i know this is for sure. Alright, maybe i do hate someone but its not now. Its long time ago. 

What i want to say from my experience is, when we do something that we really like to and really good in, we tends to hope being appreciated. I feels i like to sing so much nowadays. So whenever i had successfully sing a part of a song with my guitar mode, i will send to someone to let them comment. Completed version will always send to the one i love the most first. Haha. 

There is one this comment that i really like, this friend said "I often think of the song u sing, will open to listen eh, very nice eh". Wao, a sudden message coming in saying this. Its just a practice one. Not a complete version. I really need to get a better guitar already. Hope i can get one next month. A guitar that cost around RM400-500 should be good enough at the moment. 

Latest thing about my family

So here is some latest update about my family.

My dad is not good. Honestly speaking, i don't think he can live for until all of us married. I think he might even have problem to see one of us getting married. He might be worried about that too. When we was talking today, he said "I am old already". Yeah, i know. And I also cannot do anything about him getting old. I only can come back more often to visit him but i think it will be hard for me to go back again after this. 

So something to do about this, here is what I had planned ahead for in case something happened.

In case the doctor said "you dad can only live for not more than 3 months". I will come back to Sibu to get a job, and put my car in KL first. I will get a job that is enough to pay for my everything in KL and to survive in Sibu. And when everything is over, i will go back to KL to find a new job. I believe this is the plan. 

My big brother is complaining about living here with my dad because my dad cannot do most of the thing on his own anymore. He cannot open the tv and go to the back to wash the towel he used. I feel so pity to my big brother. I can feel he want to get out of here as soon as possible. My big bro told me about his dream of getting a business opened in Sibu but due to the restrain of my dad movement and action, my big bros dream is halted.... 

My big bro is getting a new job that have higher income. But if my dad still behaving and acting like this, i don't know if my big bro can do his job right.

My small bro is going to Miri soon to start his career. He is a bit better off because Petronas offer him quite high salary for a fresh grads. And since he is in Miri, my dad said "Then he can come back more often". Ouch... The trip from Miri to Sibu by bus is even longer than the trip by flight from KL. My small bro will get even more tiring if he go back very often. 

My small bro is getting everything prepared and will go to Miri less than one week. 

In the end, I guess what all parents want is just spend more time with their children. I tried to stay at home with him these few days, but we have nothing to talk about. He just asked about food at KL, i just asked about his health. Considering his sickness, i really don't know what can i ask. I feel really helpless sometimes. 

I need to be stronger, tougher and more confident on myself. I really need to be more disciplined. Health is really important after seing this. I need to have healthier lifestyle. 

Sad sad moment.

When i reach home, the first impression i have is....how come the house is so messy.

When i saw my dad, he is sleeping. My big bro told me that my dad is not eating normally. Eating less and less because he is not hungry.

When i went to toilet, i saw my father didn't flush. Its black color. It shows his digesting system have big problem. Thats why he didn't feel hungry. And it also meant he will have nutrition lacking problem. Asked him to eat supplement but he don't want. He is starting to have symptoms like my mom. Hope nothing will happen to him. He is arguing more and more with my brother now. They are not getting along very well. I am having headache how to communicate with my dad. 

Everyday, he will watch television with loud sound. Want to talk to him also susah.

I feel really tired lately. Not only this problem, also got personal problem and work problem. I really my life will change for better. To make that happen, i need to change myself. Change to a better person. 

Job Habit

After working for some years, people tend to have some job habit in their social live as well.

As for Web Developer, we tend to think a lot before starting to do something. Thinking of the consequences, the possibility, the solving methods of each possibility and the default behavior for a process. Each data flow also must be determined.

I believe all jobs have their own habit as well. Even for a manager, maybe they like to boss people around when they are working. So, in their social live, they might like to boss their friends around too.

For a salesman, they might like to promote something they like with their friends like what they do in their work. They often promote is greatly until they succeed in telling their friend to do the things they wanted. That is why sometimes i like to have some salesman friends. 

However, is it really ok to have this habit in work? Well, it depends on the social circle you have. If the social circle you are in at that moment is the same type of yours, it should be ok to do that. Otherwise, better not.

So this story of mine is like this. I have a friend that doesn't think much in everything done. But i tend to think too much. In the end, that person feel i think too much and too far ahead. Is it a good thing or bad thing.... gosh. Sometimes i don't understand why people will take thinking too far ahead is not really a good things. It is just impossible to satisfy everyone. So just be yourself. 

April Fool post.

Its just an April fool post. I am not getting married. At least not in this coming 3 years. I will not so simply be careless to make a girl pregnant and then get married with her just like that. But who knows. Hahah.

April fool is really fun but there are no victim yesterday. Its quite bored anyway.

I didn't so now i need to prepare for my marriage. I never thought this will happen. I need to prepare a lot of money in a short amount. Marriage, is really happy when you are ready for it. 

I am ready!!!
